Big Beams Timber Frames

Our High School Timber Framing Class built this lovely Grill Pavilion for the Cohocton Legion in 2021. This frame includes a simplified version of a Sling Brace Truss and an off-set , vented roof. All timbers were milled and donated by our friend Ed Schneider, who sadly passed prior to Raising Day. We like to think that Ed's spirit can be found in every timber and joint of this frame.
